New front tires on the Banshee. Figure I got 5 seasons out of the last set so it's time for some new ones. They don't spend much time on the ground is why they last so long.
I also put a new clutch cable on. The old one was getting tough to pull. Took it off and looked at it, it was hanging on by 2 strands of cable... that would have been a bad weekend.
The CR is torn down, getting the suspension reworked, up to fat guy standards. They had never been done and the seals were leaking, and the front forks would bottom out on a big hit. Time to get that problem addressed.
Everyone is a tough guy, until you meet one. Â

Just put the new Hot Cams in my 426 and a Dr. D pipe. Only ridden it on the street so far but seems a lot more responsive plus the auto decomp is nice. Also got the wife's Banshee punched out and ported and polished. It should run pretty nice. Can't wait to get em out to Glamis this weekend.

Jeff is trying to get the Jeep rolling by New Years. Keep your fingers crossed. He is installing a new rear-end, front-end, brakes, shocks and some kind of new rear suspension, he hasn't quite decided to continue with new leaf springs or change to a 4-link system. Lots of work for only two months, but he's a man on a mission. I just stay out of his way Maybe I'll post some pics later.
