I had just got the engine rebuilt and I was taking it easy, that was around 4 grand! They had broke the speedo line so this is a guess..60-70! When I say a V8 don't sould like no wacker, she don't! 70-80 is a good cruising speed, above the chop and loving it.
My wife like's about 70, after that it's just me! She moves along really nice for that much weight hanging off the back! There isn't anything for me to race here but Sea-Doo's, I took on the fastest at my lake with 4 people in mine and him alone...never seen him for a second...this guy couldn't believe it..
Next April..BBSP, going to take it there and see what she's got, had problems with the CDI box's and she's all good for go now! I have only had it to 90,but Barney did this prop calculation one night and said I was going 110 and that was with a broken jackplate..no move!
I have had somemore stuff done to her and she will amaze alot of people, sure does around here, they won't let me even get a seasonal pass here..WHY! It's too loud and too fast for here, but they let me put it in once and awhile! I think just to show people what can be on this lake, besides the LakeLice and the 16' Runabouts
