Does anybody know if that book has been updated? I've got an old edition, printed sometime in the mid-70's I think, and it's a good read, but the aftermarket has surpassed alot of the factory stuff recomended in that book.
And unless you're GoFast (who seems to grow rare crankshafts and heads in his back yard), some of that stuff is hard to find, at least in my neck of the woods. It would be nice to know if some of the newer parts have been incorporated in the book.

A lot of that stuff is still available new, they just have replacement numbers for it. Like the old 990 heads, they are available as 482, same casting!..
