Anybody here deal with PVA and have problems with blistering/wrinkle on their first resin coat?
This is the first time I have layed up this new mould and it seems like about 10% of the time I get this foul shit. Can somebody help the dumbshit in Ohio.
Barney, you were the first reference but I didn't think you were doing moulds but now that I think of it anyone might be using PVA in their work. :stupid

I've used it on the molds I made for some hoods and bumpers I've made. I found that you really have to shoot the stuff on light using a lot of light coats. You might want to check out this site, it's where I get my 'glass and supplies, Fibreglast

Thanks Craig. You turned me to that site a while back actually over on HBF's. Fibreglast is just north of me. Thats where I've been doing my general business needs for about a year now. They are very good..! I think I have been going to heavy each PVA coat. No spray gun here at work. I'll have to stop being greedy and run em thin... :rotflmao
