I had one boat with carpet never again, that's the nastiest shit!. Not only that it hides cracks, not cool!.. If you can do glasswork it's easy just a lot of work. The worst part is getting that carpet and glue of the floor. Once you have the floor prepped, you resin the wood to the floor, then lay cloth and glass over it then you put the flow coat over it, that's what makes it shine!. But if you're not into glasswork(like me), I would take it to someone that knows what they are doing like I'm doing with mine, I'm just doing the prep work. But even if you have to have someone do it for ya, it's well worth it, it will also up the value of the boat!..

Yes you can buy it in sheets but you have to go to a "Lumber Yard" not a place like "Home Dump", they wouldn't know what you were talking about, you know like going to a parts store!..

Wood floors are badass no dought, I wish I could save mine but it would take a hell of a lot of work to do it right!.
If you buff the floor so it really shines, it can be slippery if you're barefooted and wet!..
