Heres the deal.I'm redoing a 1979 21.5 crusader jet boat.Looking for any info with on redoing the interior as far as making the frames for the seats and steps to covering them. Also made it into a bowrider due to sevre hull stress cracks.Any info or even pics of a bowrider seat layout would be greatly appreciated. Looking for a seat layout simular to the one picture posted. My boat layout looks exactly like this one. Thanks guys

Here's a pic I have of the way the wood looks before recovering. I did not do this but I saved the pic so I would have an idea on how to if I ever try it.

can you start with the old seats as a pattern? or are they gone. as far as the front, I have a friend to ask, but it may need to be exact to your boat, as it has been cut from a non open boat. but I,ll ask.

The original seats are gone. They were rotted from sitting out in the weather.I bought the boat that way and have no idea what the the stock ones even looked like.I'm working with quite a bit of room for the seats. The inside of the boat is around 72" side to side. Its sorta like a mini daycrusier, with out the big crawl space. The boat pictured above is what it looks like, just in project form. Thanks for looking into this.

My open bow is all molded into the deck so I just have cushions that are the same shape as the fiberglass. So I'm not much help there.

If your bow is cut into an open bow are you glassing in the opening and reinforcing it?

Well that makes a whole lot of sense. So they take the shell all the way down to the floor with glass.Good thing you showed me that because I had some other jankey stuff on my mind :D . Would have came out alot worse until it was covered by the seats.Well ,if you guys have more to offer I will surely take the info or pics.thanks again
