what size carb would you run on stock vortec 350 with performer rpm manifold, hei, and headers? 600cfm?

That'll probably work, here'a a formula to determine carb sizes!. :good

Formulas for air capacity & volumetric efficiency
Theoretical cfm = rpm x displacement / 3456
Volumetric efficiency = acutal cfm / theoretical cfm x 100
Street carb cfm = rpm x displacement / 3456 x 0.85
Racing carb cfm = rpm x displacement / 3456 x 1.1

Just make sure you dial it in, you know jets, rods whatever to get the A/F ratio right for what you are doing-->that is for the best performance or economy, if you just want it to run-->throw it on and go.
