Does any body know anyone who does turbo rebuilds or if theres a kit that can be purchased in Az?
smoke was coming out on the driver side exhaust today while at the lakes. Any input or advise is greatly appreciated.

Welwade has he name of a guy that does good work, I think he's in Phoenix.

Either that, or call out to a couple aircraft maint. shops at the airports, they all have sources that can rebuild turbo's. :good

Sounds like the seal went bye bye!!! You can get parts locally depending on brand. Seals and bushings are an easy fix. I'd take it off and look at the impeller if it's okay and there are no visible cracks in the case it's almost a slam dunk that it's only a seal :good

I have never worked on a Rayjays. From what I understand they are popular with the VW and turbo bike guys and I have seen reference to them for aviation applications. email these guys they can probably hook you up turbo@turbocity.com or turbocty@pacbell.net.
I have a call in to a friend of mine who is in the Pro Mod circuit and runs turbos so he may be able to help you out some more? I will let you know what he says :good

Nope not friends just info to try and help. The only thing I have turbos on are diesels no hot rod stuff!!! I prefer nitro and a big ass blower

You could ask at Lopers they might be able to help you out :good
