I just checked and on the head it stamped 124-19000-360

Does that mean they are aluminum??  Sounds dumb but I was wondering why they never tarnished in the water  :stupid  Im a smarty huhh  :(

The site says those are aluminum, 224's are iron. Also pick one up, that'll tell ya right away!.. :laugh

So they look like new since they only got 16  hours or so on them before the engine died...  No slop in the valves that i can tell...  

So like $1200 or more?

Since Clean Aluminum is at .80 a pound for scrap, and these have other metals on them, I'll give you .75 a pound!!   :D  :laugh
