SO far I seem to have a weak engine. They both run way better then they did in the beginning and after changing out the fuel filters the boat will plane better. However one engine seems to loose power after it warms up. It could be running at 4200RPM while the other is pushing 4600RPM. Then out of the blue it will drop down to 3600RPM and the boat will slow down. The good running engine seems to have a responsive throttle any time I tweek the throttle. But the engine in question has a spongy like throttle. It does not seem to react as well once it hit 4200 RPM. So far I cannot hear an engine miss but with 2 of them running it might be hard. Now if you floor each engine individually in gear... the good engine will make it to 3200RPM when the weaker engine only gets to 3000RPM. Now you have to hold on because that makes the boat want to turn left or right. My mechanic thought it might be an ignition coil??? He thinks it could be weak and says that will make the engine sluggish and down on power.
Anyone have any problems like this before?

It was tuned up in 05 and not really used (cap rotor plugs). I believe it to have the thunderbolt system. I have no idea on the plug wires.

Boat runs good now!!! I also noticed the timing was set on 4 Deg BTDC so I bumped it up to 8 Degs and gained some big top end RPM!!
