FC3 will be kicking off Spring 2005 May 7-8. Now all you have to do is make it thru Winter! For info, go to FreeboardChallenged.com

Accomodations are either Motel (Big River Inn) or RV (Big River RV Park). Bluewater Casino is also an option, but a few miles away. Check out the FAQs

Though you may be challenged, you don't fit in to the Freeboard Challenged group. The first clue was "dropout bolster". Yacht-like terms are a dead giveaway!

Well as much as I like a good party I aint sawing my boat in half lengthtwise to go !! So I guess I gota hitch a ride with some one. The only problem is most boats that suffer from fc suffer from lack of space for extra crew

That's the truth. That was one of the main reasons I looked for an open bow. Of course now I'm one of the slowest, but I can fit 7 people in an 18 footer. Now if only there was room to mount a stereo.......

If you haven't made arrangements yet, or don't know if you can make it this time, don't wait..... this is the last Freeboard Challenged. Last I heard, only one room left at the Big River Inn, with a few spots left at the RV park. I checked the sign in sheet this morning, and we have 72 boats with 217 people signed up. Help make the last one the best!

I really wanted to continue it... I do enjoy the hell out of it. After meeting with the accountant, it became painfully obvious. Sales from Roostwear support it (and other functions). The bottom line is, although I don't sell at FC, it has to support the capital it takes to put it on. If the exposure doesn't generate enough sales, it's an out of pocket expense. I am mulling over a few options to make it a break even proposition, but won't make a decision until after FC3.
