It’s rafting time again.

PARKER, Ariz. – It’s time to float on the river again.
The Annual Great Western Tube Float commences Saturday morning.
According to Parker visitor’s services spokesperson Debbie Bazilius, the float will start just south of La Paz Park and continue to the Bluewater Casino beach in Parker where there will be a live D.J., raffles and an awards ceremony.
“Our usual average is about 800 people,” said Bazilius. It’s all over the United States we get Californians we’ve got people coming form Mississippi, Missouri we get them from every where.”
Bazilius stated that this is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Parker Chamber of Commerce. For more information contact the Chamber at (928) 669-2174.
