Do yourself a favor and put your boat in at 3 mile island. Pulling it 12 miles on that dirt road beats the hell out of things.

Had a freakin' blast.... :good

KC's got all the good pics, but it was a fun weekend. The boat ran as expected, doesn't leek, and handles the rough water very well... :good

And all I can say about a certin picture that is going to surface later this week is, that I go on "Lake Time" when I'm up there, I sleep when it's dark, am awake when it's light, eat when I hunger, drink when I'm thirsty... and have a pretty good time doing it...

I have been going to Apache for about 39 yrs since I was born and have not had anything fall apart due to the road.And I've seen it in pretty bad shape.Now if you are one of the peaople who go bombing down the road at 30 mph or more you will tear up alot of stuff and mabey even pitch yourself off a cliff.Also it's only 5mi to burnt corral.And they have somewhat paved the road to the marina from the Canyon lake end.
