So we made it up to Roosevelt about 11am Saturday launched down by the marina.



Water is about 75 ft down from high water mark quite the walk to the boat from the parking lot :)

Then we idled down to the dam putting some breakin time on the new engine.



We hung out and enjoyed the views in this little cove by the bridge and dam.

Well a Monsoon storm was creeping over the mountains so we headed back you don't want to be on roosevelt when the wind kicks up it gets pretty mean.

So I decide to kick it up to a plane and everything was cool then something took a sh!t and it just died. So I paddled abit and got us to the edge of the marina and this nice guy towed us to the ramp.




I have not ck'd out what it is yet, either carb or ignition probably :angry At least it didn't make noise this time :D

Good God!!!! Did you need a passport to get back to your boat???? That is a long haul! Sorry to hear that it died I hope that its nothing serious.

HOLY SHIT, do I detect JEALOUSY here!. :confused "Outlaw" boat?,scaring little kids???, hoodlums??? :eek I'll have you know that when I go to the river, "little kids" are always asking if they can go for a ride, and I don't get "HASSLLED ON THE TRAILER" or on the water, don't get tickets or get kicked off the river, and that goes for most all of us "Outlaw" "Hoodlum" boaters!!.. :D
