The trip was cool, I took my 2 girls, my wife had "girls day & night" with my sister and stayed home.  87 Cole took his 3 girls Friday AM and I picked up his girlfriend on my way down there Friday night.  From Irvine to Parker is 240 miles and takes 4 1/2 - 5 hours.  To Lake Martinez it was 245 miles and took me 5 hours- pretty much the same.

I have never seen more outboards in my life-  everywhere!!  Very few water rats and wake board boats.  Neat area, lots of reeds and sandbars.  Spent the day on a sandbar with about 50 other boats- the kids played all day.  There was 2 Eliminator Daytona 21's with twin 2.5's!!!!  That is a lotta motor!!!

87 Cole took a few pics, I forgot my camera in the confusion of getting my kids ready for the trip, but 87 Cole had a camera but will have to scan the pics.

Sounds like a blast. Glad to here about the not many wake board boats, those things are getting as bad as lake lice. Get Todd on those pics :good

Will do-  Todd??  Pictures??  I have a scanner here, (i think we will need it).

KC- WAVE BOATS!!!!  what cracks me up is when you are going by at 80 mph 1/2 a mile away from a wave boat- and they have a clown sitting on the swimstep and they are waving the flag around like you almost sprayed the guy...... They act like they own that section of water because they are "there" and what I should drive 1 handed with my other hand in the air the whole time- not.  If I am closer that would be a different story but many times I can hardly make out the people on the boat I'm so far away and some idiot is waving the flag like he's trying to  put out a fire...   :stupid  :stupid

I'll get the picture developed and post them today. I have a scanner as well. Yes we had a great time. The kids had an awesome time. I think it's time to open up the motor and get full throttle and advance the timing now that the motor has some time on it. When I do this I'll take you for another ride WaterPony :D  :D

I wouldn't mind being the last man on Earth - just to see if all of those girls were telling me the truth.
