Had to look it up to see what it was...No thanks, I'm good, not gonna race the Excursion and it seems to make plenty of power to pull what I have, but if anybody else is interested, here's what it is.
Edge Products Diesel Programmers For Ford 94 - 03 Ford Superduty 7.3L Diesel Evolution Programmer The Evolution by Edge connects directly into the OBDII port underneath the dash. Once connected the stock software is downloaded and the new Evolution software is uploaded onto the trucks ECM. All modifications are done during this process and can be just as easily be switched back to stock at any time.
The Evolution was created with a small lightweight design that allows personalized control with the touch of a button. With a backlit LCD screen, seeing and reading codes has been made simple. The unit not only displays codes, but also displays a description of what these codes mean, which eliminates copying the code down and then finding a manual to look them up. Legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
3 separate performance programs Additional 60 - 100 horsepower gains Ability to adjust speed and rev limiter Displays 0 - 60 and quarter mile times 5 minute installation [dropshadow=][/dropshadow]
My kingdom may be small, but I'm still the King!

I think it's totally worth it. I have one on my 95 F250, and set in the tow setting, I can fly up a 4,000 foot mountain pass doing 60mph fully loaded with camper and quads. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who drives a powerstroke. I did try the race setting once, but i believe its too much for the tranny and rear end. I also tried the 1/4 mile time on the race setting, and ended up smoking my 35" Toyo tires off the line... so it def gives you some ponies... anyways thats my two cents about it...
