Looks to be a rubber center that should easaly be removed to expose the grease fitting.

Those are definitely not "Bearing Buddys", they could be another brand though?, although I haven't seen any that looked like that Take the wheel off and see how they are fastened on, I'm thinking oil bath and if that's the case they will be threaded on!..

Go to UFP's Web Site.  Click on Axels. Click on the PDF file next to Trailer Buddy® Axle Maintenance.  I think this is what your looking for.  Good Luck!! Â
