This home computer no longer shows the K3s / smileys. I had to beef up my Norton Anti-Virus as the "Netsky" got into my email. First virus ever....b'turds..!!!
Anybody know what "switch to click" to turn them back on? Board content is not as entertaining without them..!!
My other computers, including the business laptop, work just fine.

Are you running a firewall??, if you are take a look at the pop up feature and make sure "Show Animations" is checked!..

The same thing happened to my cpu, virus makers should be hunted down & castrated with a rusty piano string.
To fix my machine I simply did a system restore to the day b4 I recd the e-mail. It put everything back to where it was.
go to Start/All Programs/accessories/system tools/system restore and follow promts from there.
