I was just out getting water for the coffee pot and noticed that one of the peeps I work with has their housboat up for sale at Powell.
Say it's an older Somerset 14x52 mono hull  , generator, twin outboards, solar panels, Satellite TV... looks pretty loaded and well kept. 65,000.00 obo, don't know if it comes with a slip or on a bouy. Might even be in dry storage. 
I DON'T HAVE ANY PICTURES... so don't ask, I just noticed it on the empoyees bulletin board. If anyone is interested, I'll pass along the owners phone #.
I'll see if I can get any more info.
