new to the boards,just bought a boat that needs a motor. I've been checking out this sight for a while , and it seems to have alot of people who know their boats.any help would be greatly appriciated

thanx for the welcome. the boat has a brekley jet ,not sure of the model yet. the original was basically stock.would like to know more about it.no pics as of yet,but soon.

just took it out of my dads 89 gmc dually. ran great but had 139k on it we put something with a little more power in it.  more info call me at 909-841-9120

I have 454 that came out of a truck. It'll need to be completely rebuilt. One cyl. needs a sleve.

I just wanted to say thanx to everyone that responded. I ended up buying a 68 hondo 18'  flat bottom with a 514 ford for the engine.that is the reason I'm looking for water logs and risers for a 460. that way I can put the cover on it. THANX AGAIN !! :good

Think I have the exhaust you are looking for. Came off a 460 when over pipes were installed. Manifolds and risers, probably 100 or so

i'm pulling the engine and selling the hull and jacuzzi jet.with a tandom axle trailer. not sure how much or what its worth yet.

He said it was a flatbottom, the ditch pump must be extra!.... :stupid  What are you looking for in a v-drive, drag, circle, cruiser?, looking for a project or turn key?, I may be able hook you up!.. :good

flatbottom with a pump? it confused me to. may be a shallow V. :stupid  I'm looking for a cruiser, older, 4 seater, but I'm not that serious yet. if the price was right I would have taken that off his hands cheap :D

it has a small V, never pad any attenion. :stupid . was only interested in the motor. I already sold the boat & trailer for $1500.oo .  but the guy who has it is looking for a set of used bbc headers for it. :jumpie  :jumpie
