2001 stoker 20'1" 1996 evinrude 225 hull has approx.10 hours motor has approx.60 hours. hydrolic jack plate trim and jack switch on the column. purchased new from johns custom marine in march of 05 asking $30,000.

I want to build a spec home. slight change of career type of thing. if it works out for me I will replace it down the road. if I lose my ass then Id be just about the dumbest son of bitch you ever met. so if anyone wants a squre deal on a great boat here it is

Upland/claremont/rancho have a couple of different options availbe in each area. The land prices are completley off the hook, but thats the real estate story you always hear. "If we only would have known". I guess it is all relevent. Also may just jump ship and go to hawii, a freind just bought 9 acres over there subdivide and build. going over to feel it out in the spring. california will have a shortage of housing for the next 5 years.
