Posting for a friend, he is selling his Park Model in Pruitt space #46 (Lake Martinez area), this place is really nice and in my opinion probably the best spot in the park, all furnishings are included. 1 bedroom 1 bath, nice kitchen, dining area and a nice sized family room, it can sleep 4 very comfortably but you could probably sleep more if needed. He is asking $60,000, if you ahve any more specific questions please call Pete 619.933.7383. He is also selling his Electric Golf Cart, I will try and get more info on it and post it on this thread as well.
