This is a 1987 California Performance tunnel hull 20 footer. This boat has been recently gutted and redone. The outboard is a 2004 225 Merc Optimax with less than 20 hours on it. The engine is mounted on a hydrolic jack plate with an additional 12 inch setback. I had dual batteries installed. There are 3 stainless steel props that come with the boat; 21 pitch 3 blade Lightning/21 pitch High 5/24 pitch 4 blade Trophy speed prop. The interior is brand new this season (including the wood framing) and has a built in ice chest, ski pole and will seat 6 very comfortably. The trailer is also new this year...it's an Extreme trailer with LED lights and it has a swivel neck for better parking space. Here's the breakdown of my cost this past year versus what I will sell it for:

2004 225 Merc $14900
2005 new upholstry, wood framing and carpet $4000
2005 new Extreme trailer with swivel neck $5900
1987 hull is worth approx $7000
2005 hydrolic stearing $1300
2004 new jack plate

The boat only weighs 1600 lbs so it tows very easily and straight. This is a great family boat that we've had for 4 seasons, but it's time to get something bigger for a growing family. edit...also forgot to mention new swim step with Aqua Step ladder 2005. Selling price reduced $22,000 or best offer I would like to simply recoup the cost of the engine and trailer. All the other new goodies will be my loss and your gain.

He's had it to 85 on the speedo (non GPS) and it's banging off the peg, he guesses with the rigtht prop he could push it over 90. I'll stick with my slow ass JetBoat for now... :D

I've got my heart set on the 22' stealth I/O with a 6.2 merc/bravo.  It's hard to go from wacker to I/O, but I'll live with it.  It's a LOT slower, but I guess when toating kids around I'll have to get used to that too.  The CP seats 6 where the Stealth seats 8-10.  Since my boys are coming up on the age where they will want to bring their buddies, I guess I might as well throw in the towel now.  Another hotboating family goes thpbt!
