Retail/Commercial/Office Space for Lease. 2500 square feet downtown, right on McCullouch Blvd. Great downtown location with lots of visibility, glass front and existing signage.

Rear of building is PERFECT for retail, office, light warehouse or distribution center. Downtown McCullouch Blvd is a very high traffic area and ideal for business exposure.

sounds like the old McCulloch/Judd/Coldwell banker building in the Safeway parking lot, I am looking for a commercial suite but it's got to be C2 zoned with big bay doors

What happens in Havasu get's around in 5 minutes

The building is actually a front half of 1500 sf and a back half of 1000 sf.
