That was my first though too. I'm goona check though. Two big hurdles, cost of insurance and db levels, build a lot of homes real close to it.

Yeah, insurance and noise always a factor, of course insurance can be kept reasonable as long as long as you regulate the speeds!. The noise thing though is total BULL$HITT!.. :beat  :pissed
